Our Team

Joshua Mello is the Director of Sales & Agent Development for the Pelletier Properties team. Josh specializes in helping buyers through the entire buying process, and is also responsible for coaching and mentoring our entire sales team. Josh is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Josh has served on the Keller Williams North Central Associate Leadership Council and has been a North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors (NCMAR) Top Producer every year since 2018. He has earned the National Association of Realtors designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and also the NAR Commitment to Excellence designation.

Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys coaching the Girls Basketball Team at Hawthorne Brook Middle School, playing basketball, and spending time with his friends and family. Josh has also volunteered his time on the Board of Directors at Aspire Living & Learning, a non profit human services organization.
