Price is a factor for most that has to be stationary. A good agent should always be showing clients properties that fit within their budget. Price generally guides on location and quality, but not always.

LOCATION

Clients should decide if location is more important than how updated the property is when trying to figure out which of the factors is most important. Think about what matters the most to you.

Condition

The condition of the property may or may not be important to a client. Location and price may be more important than the overall condition of the home. For others, it is the driving factor when purchasing.
