The buyers of a home have until the home inspection contingency date to request repairs or renegotiate. If that date passes and nothing has been requested, then a seller is no longer required to do a repair (unless a date extension was signed).

The Zestimate calculates the average per square foot for the area and bases its amount off of that number.  It does not take into account area or condition and can be very far off from the actual value.  Long story short- do not trust the Zestimate to be an accurate number.
