Our Team

Ken Ferris lives in Groton, MA with his wife, two sons (ages 2 and 4) and their family dog named Blaze. Ken's real estate career started when a Pelletier Properties team member helped his family find their “forever home” in their dream town. Ken's past experience includes working in the insurance industry but he has since realized he has a passion for helping people, especially in the real estate industry, and is now a full-time agent our our team.

Ken has been in the Real Estate industry for several years now and his business has grown exponentially year after year. Ken attributes this to the amount of beyond satisfied clients he has helped since starting at Keller Williams Realty and joining the Pelletier Properties team. Many of these clients have become his friends. Staying in touch with past clients is one of Ken's favorite aspects of the job. He loves seeing and hearing how each new home has jump started a new chapter in their lives!

Ken has been recognized as a North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors (NCMAR) Top Producer in 2021 and has served on the Keller Williams North Central Associate Leadership Council in 2022.

Some of Ken's other passions include ice hockey, fishing, golf, traveling with his family and of course "Sushi Fridays" with his wife after the kids go to bed!
