Before Ken Ferris recently joined the Pelletier Properties team, and I had the opportunity to do this interview and get to know him better, I was under the impression he was just another really nice person and fellow agent that I enjoyed seeing around the Keller-Williams office from time to time. But writing Ken Ferris off as "just another" anything would be a very big mistake.

While interviewing my fellow Pelletier Properties team member, and new, full-time hire as our team's Director of Operations, Annie Reiser - she rattled off a few facts about herself, and followed up by informing me; "I'm sorry. I'm boring."After interviewing Annie for this month's newsletter and blog feature, the last thing I would call her is boring.

About a month or so ago, my mom and myself attended a seminar/class held by Nick Pelletier and Mark Kavanaugh through Keller-Williams, about becoming a licensed Real-Estate Agent. Dan Reiser was also in attendance that evening, and now, just a short time later, he has passed the Massachusetts Real Estate license Test, and is on his way with this new career path. What better time to find out more about our latest Team Member, than during a huge snowstorm in New England? I called up Dan during said huge storm today.

When I called up Joshua on an early Wednesday morning this past week, to ask him some fun questions about himself over the phone for this Exclusive Interview, it was clear that somebody else was in desperate need of his attention.

When I began working at Pelletier Properties, focusing on creating and maintaining the Social Media side of the Pelletier Properties Real estate business, I could sense that my new boss was a genuine and humble guy. After sitting down with him today and asking him a whole bunch of questions about himself, however, I can now confirm that Nick is the type of guy who would rather talk about his clients, or his family, or his passion for helping others. But getting him to say things about himself was challenging, and I will admit that I rather enjoyed watching his discomfort level increase whenever my question focused solely on him as a person.
