On Wednesday, September 12, Worcester Business Journal held their annual Awards Event called "40 Under Forty." Each year, the Worcester-area magazine chooses 40 people under the age of forty, who are thriving, up-and-coming in business, and who do positive things for and within their communities. Some might call them "game-changers."

We sat down with the President of Team Pelletier Properties, Nick Pelletier, after his big Worcester Business Journal "40 Under 40" recognition honor, and asked him FOUR fabulously fun questions. Here they are:

About a month or so ago, my mom and myself attended a seminar/class held by Nick Pelletier and Mark Kavanaugh through Keller-Williams, about becoming a licensed Real-Estate Agent. Dan Reiser was also in attendance that evening, and now, just a short time later, he has passed the Massachusetts Real Estate license Test, and is on his way with this new career path. What better time to find out more about our latest Team Member, than during a huge snowstorm in New England? I called up Dan during said huge storm today.

When I called up Joshua on an early Wednesday morning this past week, to ask him some fun questions about himself over the phone for this Exclusive Interview, it was clear that somebody else was in desperate need of his attention.
